What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I am 18 years old and a few months ago I was caught with approximately an eigth of an ounce of marijuana and charged with minor possesion I have a court date and was wondering what my consequences will be? Probation? Fines? Etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
