simple question can you get out of a MIP if citation has the wrong violation number? i looked up the number they wrote (470.430) and it doesnt apply to any anything.

isnt there an amendment thats pretty much states you have a right to know what it is your being charged with? i tried to look it up but came up with no answers.

just an update case was dissmissed because they wrote the wrong code down and the case before mine was dissmissed because of the wrong date on the ticket.
