mj possession in 1983 in New Jersey

What is the name of your state? I am in Florida but the incident took place in New Jersey.

In 83 I was stopped on the nj turnpike for failing to keep right. Trooper saw pot and found psilocybin (mushrooms).

Received conditional discharge after 6 month supervisory period. Can I ever get this removed from my records? Will something always show up on a FBI fingerprint check?

you should definately talk to an attorney cause he or she would be able to tell you if it could be expunged, it probably can it'll cost you though
