My original court date was scheduled for May 26th, but when I put in the paperwork to request a jury trial, they moved it to September, but no specific date in September has been set yet.I have been harassed weekly by the cops(https://forum.freeadvice.com/arrests-searches-warrants-procedure-26/how-often-can-your-house-searched-bail-check-469156.html) during this short time I've been on bail. So I want to get off bail ASAP and have my rights back!
I've contacted the D.A. and the Superior Court regarding how to get my trial date moved to sooner as opposed to later. The DA told me to talk to Superior Court, and Superior Court told me to talk to the DA. I don't want to talk to either at this point.
I want to file the paperwork myself and just get it all over without having to use a middleman. How do I go about doing this?
