I got caught with a little less than a quarter pound of mushrooms and am being convicted of hs11378 which is sales only. If I fight the case and and win it than will i have other charges presented? like possession or under the influence? I was under the influence but cop only charged me for sales.
And what is the amount grams you can have to be a possession felony?
