Narcotics detective says he has warrant? Wants me to narc! Options Please?

I'm in an awkward situation and I need some advise please. I live in North Carolina, and I'm about to graduate from college in 2 months. I have never gotten in any legal trouble before. I really have a lot on the line here!! 2 days ago, I had a Narcotics detective come to my front door threatening me with a warrant for my arrest if I did not cooperate with him. He showed me this piece of paper that was supposed to be the warrant, but it hadn't been activated, so there really wasn't an outstanding warrant for my arrest yet. He still threatened me with the ability to arrest me on the spot.
This supposed warrant said that a YEAR AGO this month, I had apparently sold 4.7 grams of marijuana to an undercover cop. The 2 charges that were listed on this document were felony possession, and felony intent to distribute, and the only evidence they have on me is the 4.7 grams I sold to this undercover cop. This is the first that I'm hearing about any of this, a year after when I supposedly sold to an undercover cop. I don't even think I was selling pot at the time they are accusing me of having done this!
The detective is threatening me with filing the warrant so it can be served if I don't cooperate by ratting other dealers out that I know. He has given me 17 days to think about cooperating with them for reduced charges or something like that.... or else they said they would be coming after me with 2 felonies... and this situation is becoming too much for me to handle. I just want to graduate college in 2 months and get out of this town!!
My 5 questions are: 1. Can they really charge me with 2 felonies for what they are accusing me of? 2. Is this piece of paper they showed me really a warrant that hasn't been issued yet? 3. Is this whole situation just a bluff to try to get me to narc other dealers? 4. Am I going to get arrested anyways even if I do cooperate with the detectives? and 5. Can they actually charge me with this even though I haven't been physically caught/ arrested with anything??
FYI, so far I haven't indulged any incriminating information, and I haven't been cooperating with the detective. I personally think that this is all just a desperate attempt by the detective to try and get a college student to give the police some busts, but I need others opinions. Please help me.

1. Yes, those are common criminal charges for people accused of dealing. 2.Could be,although there is no way for me to tell. If what he says is true a warrant would not be needed.3.That is a good possibility, happens all the time.4.You never know with those guys, it's not illegal for them to lie to you. 5.Yes, if what they say is true than of course they can charge you for it. Now, some advice. Absolutely have nothing to do with these guys. They are there to further their agenda and do not care what happens to you. You may be entertaining the notion to do what they ask,and that is natural. There is really no way to tell what the situation really is, and what evidence they have. They are not compelled in any way to be honest with you, legally or morally. Although, it may very well be true and you will get arrested. If that turns out to be the case than take this one on the chin and move on. That way you can look in the mirror and not have to look over your shoulder. Getting other people in trouble for something you did isn't right and you know it. If you put some hard thought into it maybe you can figure out if what he is saying is true or not. goodluck.
