What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I am about to aquire a company car and need to know my situation if I get caught with under a 1/2 ounce of marijuana. I know the statute and penalties for a class 3 misdemeanor. I have no criminal history.
I wonder 2 things:
if sober, will I go to jail for simple poseesion?
Will my company car be impounded/confiscated?
