Ohio-2925.11A3 First Offense

What is the name of your state?ohio
I am in violation of 2925.11(A3) possession of marihuana (less than 100 grams), it is my first offense.
My only previous offense was a speeding ticket.
1) How much money will this cost me (fine)?
2) If my license is suspended, will the court physically take my license? Is there any possibility of getting a suspended license with driving privileges to/from work & college?
