my boyfriend just caught chain in oklahoma 2 do a 5 year sentence for drug possession, but is now being told he cant go to any of the vocational prisons or earn any xtra credits (good time) because there is a warrant for atty off bond (bondsman went off bond) on him for a possession of ammonia in an unapproved container charge that he got over a year ago and hasnt ever been indicted for. do i have to go pay another bondsman and have his bond reinstated eventhough hes already doing time or what do i do?
