I filed for order of protection against my husban about a week ago. Just recently heard that he was sentenced for drug charges in the past. We have to go back to the family court where i filed and my question is Is he going to be sentenced again because of this order of protection? I only wanted him to stay away from me. I filed for divorce also a week ago. I dont want him to face any problems just to stay away and divorce me. Thank you.
