I was getting a pipe out of my car when a couple of UCs walk up to the car and catch me with a pipe in my hand. I'm in college and am home for the break. I got a letter saying that i was a no show to my court date, but i didnt know i had one. So I called the courthouse and told them i wouldn't be back until the tenth, they also told me that on the nineteenth they would issue a warrent for my arrest.
My question is what kind of penalties am i looking at for missing my court date, and would i still be able to do deferred judification?
