basically what happened is that i was visiting a friend from back home and i was about to leave to go back to college and my friend from college left his bookbag. i picked it up on my way out to bring to him and.... on my way to get my car we get pulled, i take blame b/c others in car didnt even know my friend. so i got a simple possession ticket (under 1/2 ounce- but there was only about 1/2 a gram) and a parafinalia ticket. when i go to court what should i expect, as far as punishment and fine. please help me out with this situation. any assistance is much appriciated
