I live in MO. I was arrested with a pipe, vape, grinder, and misdemeanor amount of weed. My main concern is financial aid. This is my first offense. If I get a lawyer, do you guys think I could have the charges delayed and go through probation? The only other crime I committed was failure to stop at a stop sign.
