I was recently charged with Possession of A controlled and dangerous substance and possession of a CDS in a M.V. It was for stems and some shake on the floor of my friends car. I have a few questions, one, Is this a misdemeanor or a felony? and two, what am i looking at for this? This is my first offense and i have a perfectly clean record. I was also fully cooperative but i also wrote a statement saying that is was all mine, even the stuff on the floor of his car:/
