I was pulled over for a broken tail light and the cops ended up finding some marijuana leafs in my car. The marijuana wasn't mine on the day of court could my friend say it was his? He does have a medical marijuana card. If he is not able to should I plead guilty so I can get the prop 200 ? Or should I try fighting it.
