My state is Illinois. My question Is possession of paraphernalia a federal offence in the state of IL, If not what is it ,and what for a person with several prior drug charges :mad::rolleyes::eek:

If it was a federal offense it wouldn't matter where it took place. I believe you meant to ask if it is a felony.

paraphernalia possession is either a Class B or a Class C misdemeanor (Illinois online law is terrible)

Because of prior convictions it might be moved up to a Class A misdemeanor, but it probably will not be moved up to a felony.
