i was arrested for dui, and then given tickets for possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence. the possession charge came from having a pepsi can with residue on it. the tampering came from the officer seeing a male come up to my car at a place where drug transactions are known to occur. he asked where the drugs were when i was pulled over and i told him i had not gotten any from the guy. So how could i be charged with tampering. i did not hide the fact that the can was behind seat of car.
