What is the name of your state? Michigan

What could happen to my friend? She just got a charge for possession w/ intent to deliver marijuana. It's her 1st offience, shes 35 years old, and has a 10 year old child. Can she file for 7411?What is the name of your state?

Distribution isn't covered under 7411. She needs a lawyer to see if they can drop it down to possession and then allow the 7411.
