last week I was caught with a marijuana pipe with remnants of maijuana ash in it, but no physical pot one me. The officer wrote me a ticket with "possesion of marijuana 11357(b)" on it. No amount specified, and I was not driving. I have a court date in January, can I change that? Plus it was San Diego State Univ. Police who busted me. What is the deal?
