What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? arizona
My husband's dad went to az to visit his mom. He picked up a some pot leaves {shake} ... and some a little bit of hash and some pipes, which were never used They got stoped by boreder patrol The dog smell the shake in the turunk. HE was arrested and released but then received court papers for 3 felony charges.
Will they extradite from washington state for this?

is he not planning on taking care of this legal matter in AZ?

a warrant for his arrest will not go away. it doesn't disappear, you know.

He know it will never go away but will az pay for him from washington state if he cant make it there.

I would bet they will suspend his drivers license.. was he released on bail?
sounds like a plea bargain and a large fine might make it go away.. with the right attorney.. felonies are no joking matter
