Arrest was in Cadillac Michigan. Girlfriend was on vacation visiting relatives and was smoking a joint in a car in a bar parking lot. Police must have seen what was happening and two police cars pulled up and searched car they were in. Found pot and xanax pills in my girlfriends purse, small quantities, a couple grams of pot and 20 xanax pills. These were for her personal use, no intention to sell. Bail paperwork says she is charged with possesion, court date next week. What are the various outcomes?
