What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OK

My boyfriend was charged with possession of CDS and possession of paraphernalia. He accepted a plea agreement with the court for 5 years probation and fines to be payed (probation to be shortened to one year if fines paid off within one year and recommendation by his probation officer). He has been seeing his PO regularly for 3 months now and is required to do a drug and alcohol assessment. When he contacted the D&A Assessment center he was told that he would lose his driver's license even though the crimes he was charged with did not include DUI or APC. Is this correct? Should he speak with his PO about this or is it just an automatic when you have pled guilty to these charges that you will lose your license?
