I am currently on two years unsupervised probation for a Minor in Possession of alcohol that I received about a year and a half ago. In November, I received charges for possession of marijuana and paraphenallia at the St. Louis Arch. I notified the probation office when I recieved the tickets. I then recieved a probation violation notice with a court date in the mail. Does anyone know the outcomes of these types of things? I'm trying to decide if I should have my lawyer handle it or just handle it on my own.
