What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana. Possession of less than a gram of crack cocaine and marijuana; what sentence might I face. No priors.

The Cocaine Possession is probably a Class D Felony, since you don't mention schools or handguns, so the advisory sentence is 1 1/2 years, with mitigating and aggravating circumstances, you could be looking at 6 months to 3 years and up to a $10,000 fine. With a clean criminal history, all or part of that could be suspended to probation.

It really depends upon your county, the Prosecutor, the Probation Officer who does the Pre-Sentence Investigation, the judge, and the totality of your case.
