What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wyoming. My husband has gone to court, in August, pleaded to possession of paraphernalia and been on bond, with weekly U.A's (always been clean) since then. Today he received a letter saying that he is to appear for a "re-arraignment" hearing. What does this mean? Isnt that where you inter your plea? If so, he already did that. He has a public defender, that never gets in contact with him. We are not very savvy about legal stuff. Someone please explain. Thank you very much. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?Wyoming. Please someone help, any info at all would be great.
