What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
I live in Riverside County and stopped at a checkpoint on my way home from work. I was asked if there was pot in the car, told the truth and was issued a ticket stating my voilation as 23222b. Some say my DL will be suspended for a year, others are telling me that it will be a $100 ticket with a point on my driving record.
