Royal Oak, MI First marijuana possession charge (7411??)

anyone been busted in royal oak, mi? i gotta marijuana possession charge and its my first drug offense, i was told about a 7411 law. Any help would be amazing!!! I had also gotten an MIP for alcohol consumption about a year and a half ago when i was 20 will this effect me?
