im in pennsylvania and my charges are violating the "PCC/Health and safety act, section 780-113, clause 16-30" Also know as the Drug, Substance and Cosmetic Acts
I have 3 counts of those charges. I alledgedly sold marijuana to an informant in my house 3 times. then they raided my house and found paraphenilia. I was also in a school zone and I am a first time offender. my bail was 30,000$ 10%, so it was $3000 they wouldn't even reduce my bail. My prelimnary hearing is a month away. I have 2 questions What is the worst that could happen to me, and what is likely to happen to me. I would appreciate any advise
