what is the legal status of salvia divinorum in new jersey? Is it legal to posses, distribute, sell, buy, and/or use????

well, according to my friends who lives in NJ, they say it's illegal... but I'm not too sure about the details though like what are the fines and stuff... but take my word for it... it's illegal. why? do you have plans to order one for yourself?
