What is the name of your state? MD

I was pulled over for a traffic violation. I'm 24 and I have never been i trouble before. I have never even been pulled over. I was nervous but completely sober. The cop called in a drug dog to smell my car and the dog gave him reason to search my car. The cop found three seeds on my floor and a tin container in my trunk with burnt marijuanna residue in it no weed. I was charged with possesion and pariphanalia. Do the seeds constitute possession or does the residue. Or am I getting screwed.

You broke the law. You were arrested. Was the cop maybe a little harsh here with the charges and could of cut you a little slack??/ sure.....But he didnt, he dosent have to, your guilty of what he charged you with and thats life.

Both the seeds and the residue constitute possession.

As far as getting screwed, that comes later when you're sent to jail. Bubba, meet "still here".
