Of course, you need to post your facts again. But, you don't need an attorney first if your goal is to get out of jail now. The Bail Bondsman should not ask you any questions that are directly related to what you are accused of in order to make the bond. That is your main responsibility until you get your own attorney, talk to no one about the facts related to the crime.
