What is the name of your state? North Carolina
My b/f was ticketed for simple possession and given a court date. It's his 2nd offense, and we were wondering what sort of penalty or fines we might be looking at, and if it would be adviseable to hire an attorney. I'm not having much luck finding this info on-line.
