college boy? over 18 I guess ... he's heading down the right path ... there may be a diversion program in Fl .... call the clerk's office, they might know.

And junior just screwed up parents getting the better of the tax deductions for his parents ... and possibly a pell grant. I say that Junior should be working instead of vacationing in Florida.
