What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
I have an issue with someone I live with and tonight I was even further angered. While picking up, in this persons things, I found an empty bottle of generic percoset (narcotic) which would be ok...if it was in there name, it was in this persons mothers name. I have been to this persons mothers home and they have always said how they wanted to steal them out of the medicine cabinet, I even saw them there. Anyways, should I call the police? What kind of legal issues will come up if I do, will they go to jail, can I have them barred from the residence (they are on the lease) Also, my 3yr old daughter is in the same home. Any help would be great.
