What is the name of your state? North Carolina
I travel for a living, while attempting to fly to KY on 03/25/08 I was busted for possesion of .6 oz of marijuana and some paraphernalia. I am due in court 04/01/08 and not sure if I need an attorney? In NC this is a misdemeanor, this is my first and only arrest for drugs.
I would like to know what to expect in court, fine?

For NC:

The 1/2 to 1 1/2 is up to 120 days in jail and $500 fine.
The paraphernalia could get you up to six months.
Diversion is a possibility.
A lawyer is advised.
