My boyfriend was arrested on a federal drug conspiracy charge. In the discovery paperwork, there is no pin registration number for the first phone that was wiretapped, but there are pin registration numbers for every phone tapped afterwards. Is there a good chance to get all of the wiretaps suppressed because improper procedures were used to first start the wiretaps? Thanks in advance.

He should be asking this question of his attorney.
