What is the name of your state? Virginia

My husband received a 5 year suspended sentence for prescription fraud. He was arrested in his drug group for having a positive urine test.
Does this mean that he will have to be in jail for 5 years?

Yes, most likely. He has proven that he has no intention of co-operating with the government, so he will be thrown in the clink.
