what do i do? i was terminated once from drug diversion for a dirty test, i was reinstated and i've been terminated again for dirty test. i now have a warrant because i haven't gone to court yet. the first time i'm accountable for, the second time someone, put something in my drink. i plan on going to court, but i want to spend the least amount of time in jail possible. this is my first offense, how much time am i looking at? the warrant was issued 2 wks. ago. i need help in california.
