What is the name of your state? Missouri

I got busted with a gram of grass and a piece of paraphenelia over the summer while I was in Missouri for a festival. I live and go to school in Asheville, NC and I was wondering if there was a way to get the case transferred to where I'm at so I don't have to drive 11 hours to Missouri for court.

Anybody know if this is possible, or how to do it? thanks
