What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
A friend of mine is waiting to be extridited to the U.S. on an outstanding warrant. The charge was conspiracy of drug trafficking. But while he was in the U. S. they placed him in a program. But after doing the program for a year and 6 months they came and arrested him again (no new charges). And they sentenced him for 1 1/2 to 3years. But with in that time frame his life was being treateded and as a result two of his family members was killed. He left and came back home. Now he is back in custody. What will be the outcome. He has evidence where his life was being treatened.
