He confiscated Marijuana (2.8 grams), Drug Paraphernalia (blue straw, dollar bill with cocaine residue).
I got sent to rehab. Completed the program. Original Charges: S 35 780-113 A32 USE/POSS OF DRUG PARAPH and 35 780-113 A31III DISTRIBUTE SMALL AMT MARIJUANA/NOT FOR SALE.
Now when I attended my preliminary hearing, Common Wealth of PA dropped DISTRIBUTE to POSSESSION.
And for that they used the cocaine residue to charge me with POSSESSION of COCAINE. Is there any way I can get the possession of cocaine charge dropped?What is the name of your state?
