my boyfriend was on his way home driving someone elses car in , he was pulled over and the cop had told him that someone had called the cops on him stating he was drug trafficing. however the drugs they found were not his, an all we have is a witness stating they saw who it really was. will that hold in court? the cop who arrested him was not in jurisdiction either, and did not ask for or give any reason to why he searched the vehicle. is that legal?
