Ok I was arrested a few months ago. I was in a car with someone who was high at the time. We were pulled over and everyone in the car was arrested. At the time the driver had some pot on him, 16 grams worth was mine. I was released and a few weeks ago I got a summons in the mail. It was for a court hearing over my charges of misdemeanor possession of the 16 grams.
