I was arrested for forgery and for attempting to obtain a prescription by fraud. Have met with lawyer and am already in process of fufilling requirements my attorney expects with be asked of me being that this is my first offense. I was caught trying to pass a forged script for ADD medication and my question is this: Is there some kind of site or list that physicans have access to that will prohibit me from obtaining the medication that I need? Will this STUPID STUPID mistake haunt me the rest of my life?

Huh? You need unprescribed stimulants?

Believe me, this stupid mistake is going to haunt you in ways other than getting legitimate prescriptions issued.

ADD can be treated with non-stimulant medications if there are reasons a patient can't take stimulant medications. You don't need this medication, you want it. I suggest talking to your doctor about other forms of treatment that you are less likely to abuse. It will help keep you out of trouble in the future.
