I was in a house when a search warrant was served i ran into the bathroom out of fear during the search of the premises 4 grams of crack cocaine was found in the bathroom where i was and even though it was not my stuff or my house I was charged with felony possession of cocaine a 4th degree felony at that and to top it all off I was the only person charged and taking to jail somebody please tell me how I was charged with possession of some stuff that was not found on me or was even mine.I am from OHIO and my lawyer said that it was constructive possession what is that all about?
