What is the name of your state?ohio

what all evidence does law enforcement need to charge someone with drug trafficing if
someone is working for them and wearing a wire do they need the audio and the drugs i
am wondering if the audio its self is enough because i figured they also would need the drugs for evidence to proceed with charges

Depends on the charges.

Possession and Possesion with intent to distribute would require you to have had drugs in your possession. Conspiracy would not.

The evidence against you would be the wire, the eyewitness testimony of the person wearing the wire plus any other evidence that the police have gathered.

Once they file charges, have your lawyer request discovery to see what evidence the police really have.
