State of Nevada.
On may fourth of 2000 I was arrested and subsequently charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, methamphetamine. At the time of the arrest the narcotics officers located at my residence four one gallon bottles of 7% iodine solution as well as denatured alchohol. No methamphetamine was found. Does this constitute the subsequent charge?
