this person was charged with drug position (98 pills of extacy)and conspiracy.it is his first time. was taken from home and still in MN but are sending him to WI beacuse they said thats were the case opened?? the sheriff dont have much on him but wire tap. not even sure if they have that much proff if it was him or not???? should they hire a lawyer???

If he was caught with almost a hundred hits of X, they definitely got the proof they needed.

He needs an attorney yesterday.
