I have a friend who traveled from Va. to Tn to help friends who were having car trouble. Upon arriving in Tn and loading the bags of the friends into the car from Va...police came from no where and all 4 were arrested with something like 70lbs. of pot. The friend who traveled to the aid of the others had no idea of this and has never even tried any drug, let alone sold any or had anymore violations than minor traffic offenses. They are all being held with $150,000 bail. Is there any chance of this being resolved? We have been told that Federal police will take it over soon. Any idea what we might be expecting here? In any aspect of this whole mess. Thanks, Michelle

There Is only 2 big problems with this whole case It was her car and it was in tennesse! First of all she will probably have a chance to speak with a lawyer who will find out all the little details, unfortunantley she allowed these people in her car.I know that w/ small drug amounts these type of cases are dismissed being as these were so large it may not hold the we caqn't prove whose it is theory.
Have her talk to her lawyer and have her ask him to do a backround check on all of the passengers and herself .the judge may go leniant if everything proves to be true, moral even if you are the nice guy always be stearn enough to ask or just do not stop!
