california, husband on probation for over a year now, not drug related, probation officer decides to search and finds baggie of vitablend (cut) a stun gun, bullets, and 2 old guns. gave him meth possession charges, firearm possession and probation violation. jailed for 3 days until arraignment then forced into ADAP to get out of jail. pled not guilty but can't keep his job as ADAP is daily. can they make him do this program even though he tests negative for meth and had a job? probation officer decided he needed to turn himself in every month instead of just filling out paper, against judges orders.

Cut and guns? Your husband is lucky they didn't violate his probation and sentence him to do his prison time. If he doesn't like the conditions they have imposed on his freedom, that is his alternative.

sounds to me like your husband is facing numerous felony charges for what the probation officer located. I hope he gets a good attorney b/c he will need one. PROP36 is really working,,,NOT..what a joke that was on the CA voters..
